Free Shipping Over $49
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 (US and EU). Orders under $49 ship for a flat rate of $5.95.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number once your order is confirmed.
Shipping Times by Region
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Europe (EU): 5-12 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days
Subscription Deliveries
Subscribe & Save orders ship automatically every 30 or 60 days, depending on your selected frequency. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email each time your subscription renews. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment anytime on our Track Order page.
International Shipping
We ship to over 30 countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
